Program Overview:

These programs provide outbound sales individuals with a solid structure in which to sell more professionally and successfully over the telephone.  

 

Program Objective:

To ensure consistent messaging, call professionalism, greater client rapport and an increase of sales.

 

• TIER 1:  Call preparation, Reviewing the structure of the sales call, Opening statements, Creating and applying effective telephone guide writing, Understanding and applying the “Verbal Touch Technique” for selling over the telephone, Keeping control of the call.

• TIER 2:  Cross-selling and up-selling strategies, Positioning product and service benefits, Restructuring our sales approach, Customer profiling, Uncovering and selling to the customer’s unforeseen needs.

• TIER 3:  Getting the appointment or sale over the telephone, Overcoming objections and questions, Redirecting the call back to a sale.

• TIER 4: On-site coaching and mentoring, group discussion, group motivation.

• TIER 5: Voice Mastery Workshop (1)

• TIER 6: Voice Mastery Workshop (2)

 

Who should attend? 

All inbound call contact employees, and other individuals who have contact with customer through the telephone.

 

Timeframe:  4-hours/per tier
